Escape to the lake for a weekend of movement, nature, and pure joy. Adult Summer Camp Weekend is a lakeside yoga retreat designed to nourish your body, calm your mind, and bring out your inner kid. We’ll flow through yoga and breathwork, float on paddleboards, gather around bonfires, and sneak out to the drive-in—because who says grown-ups can’t have summer fun?
What’s the plan?
A weekend to move, laugh, relax & play
2 Classes / day of Lakeside yoga + guided meditation ( 6 classes total)
Breathwork sessions to reset and recharge
Healthy, delicious meals and snacks
Stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, tubing & swimming
Bonfires with s’mores and stories
Optional hiking adventures and antique shopping
Cozy drive-in movie night ( optional)
Beautiful lakefront accommodations

Friday – Arrival & Settling In
3:00pm – Check-in & Welcome Refreshments
4:00pm – Lake House Tour + Settle into Rooms
5:30pm – Gentle Welcome Flow Yoga (optional)
7:45pm – Sunset Dinner
8:00pm – Sound Bath Journey – unwind and ground after travel
9:00pm – Welcome Bonfire & Kirtan– s’mores, stars & intentions + Kirtan by the fire
Saturday – Flow & Fun
7:00am – Sunrise Meditation
7:30am – Coffee, tea, light bites
8:00am – Jivamukti Class
9:30am – Nourishing Breakfast
10:30am – 5:00pm – Free Time + Lake Recreation
Swim, paddleboard, kayak, tube, canoe, hike, antique, hammock nap—it’s your day to play!1:00pm – 2:00pm – Buffet Lunch or Lakeside Grilling
5:30pm – Yin Yoga + Breathwork
7:45pm – Sunset Dinner
8:30pm – Optional Drive-In Movie (weather permitting) or Campfire Hangout + Kirtan
